Carbondale Arts’ exhibition, subject/matr/mother, will be open from 5 to 7pm on First Friday, May 2, at The Launchpad. This group exhibition centers around the complexity of the maternal experience, and in celebration of mothers, the community is invited to participate in a special craftivation and scavenger hunt with our gallery sponsor, The Crow & Key.

The public is also invited to help create A Mama's Garden, a joyful and interactive floral installation celebrating Mother's Day during Carbondale's May First Friday! This is free and open to the public and will take place outside The Launchpad.
